RETURN POLICY

DiffusingLockets.com Return Policy

At DiffusingLockets.com, we strive to make the finest quality diffusing jewelry. We take pride in the quality of our products and work to handle any issues with product quality in the fairest way possible.

  1. Only product that has a problem with quality can be returned, exchanged, and/or refunded. We do not take returns or refund money for any other reason.

  2. We do not refund original shipping charges.

  3. Product must be returned in NEW condition with all the original bags/packaging. Altered items will not be accepted for a refund. We will not offer refunds or exchanges for items that are not returned to us.

  4. We will only issue your refund when we receive the product.

  5. All claims for quality must be made within 45 days of purchase.

  4. Invoice number

  5. Description of the problem and reason for return (attach a photo of problem)

  6. All product that is damaged in shipping must have a photo of the damaged package included with your email.
